CANCELLATION OF ORDER – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

It is possible to cancel your order in time before the product is manufactured and shipped by contacting us by phone at +30 2610991427.

The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product in accordance with Law 2551/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1-891/2013).

MONEY REFUND

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the money shall be refunded within 10 working days. Specifically, in the cases of:

• Cash on delivery: Bank deposit of the purchase amount into an account that shall be indicated to us by the purchaser via e-mail.
• Debit or Credit card: Reversal of the amount into the card that was used for the purchase.
• Bank deposit: Bank deposit of the purchase amount into an account that shall be indicated to us by the purchaser via e-mail.

RETURN PRODUCTS

In the cases in which products of defective quality were sold due to proven fault of our company or due to a mistake in receiving the order, invoicing, shipping, etc. then we fully assume the responsibility of the replacement, the return cost, as well as the reshipment costs.

In case of wrong product or design selection, the customer bears the costs of return and reshipment.

Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer even if he exercises the right of withdrawal. The returned products must be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and must be in excellent condition, necessarily accompanied by the relevant declaration of withdrawal together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg retail receipt). Return will be accepted only after company approval.

RETURNS without previously notifying the store (2610-991427), SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The return process shall only be performed by the same courier with whom the product was dispatched for the first time; alternatively it shall not be accepted.

There are NO returns on custom made products.
